Monday, February 17th | 12:00pm-1:00pm


Get ready to push yourself in this high-intensity class led by our personal trainer, Michael Pratt! Through a combination of heart-pumping cardio, total-body strength training, dynamic drills, bodyweight exercises, and weighted movements, you'll build endurance, boost your metabolism, and increase muscle tone. Whether you're looking to burn fat, build strength, or improve overall fitness, this class is designed to challenge you every step of the way!


All fitness levels are welcome, and the class can be tailored to suit your individual needs.


Since February is a short month, our classes are complimentary?try them out for two weeks this month and sign up for the full month of March. The choice is yours!

 

Price | Just $40 per month or $15 per class


Gym Availability Reminder | The gym will be open from 6:00 am - 12:00 pm for regular use. Starting at 12:00 pm, the gym will be exclusive to the Boot Camp class.


Reservation Requirement | Even if you're signed up for the month, you must still reserve your spot on ForeTees to ensure your place in class.
