WGA Presents The Masters Member/Guest 2025

Entry Fee: $800 per team

Event Itinerary:

• Friday, June 27th
• 7:00am - Practice Rounds Available All Day Beginning at 7am
• Members may book their practice rounds 14 days in advance.
• 2:00pm - 4:30pm - Team Registration in the banquet room 
• 4:30pm - Shootout
• $40 cash entry fee per team; cash payout
• 6:30pm - Welcome Reception and Dinner
• Spouses are invited to join for a cocktail and the calcutta following dinner
• 7:30pm - 9:00pm - Calcutta
• Spouses encouraged to attend the Calcutta for a festive evening!
• 2025 Calcutta will include both rounds of the tournament
• Players may pre-buy their own team for $350 cash prior to the Calcutta beginning.

• Saturday, June 28th
• 7:00am - Range opens
• Grab and go breakfast
• 8:00am - Round 1: Shotgun Start
• Format: 2 Person Scramble using 35% of the low and 35% of the higher handicap
• Proximity contests on the course
• 1:00pm - Lunch and Scoring in the main bar and patio

• Special awards for the following:
              Player who traveled the furthest to compete
              Team that most looks alike
              Best costumes

• Sunday, June 29th
• 7:00am - Range opens
• Grab and go breakfast
• 8:00am - Round 2: Shotgun Start
• Format: 2 Person Net Best Ball using 100% of handicaps
• Proximity contests on the course
• 1:00pm - Scoring, Lunch and Awards in main ball room

Registration:

Members MUST register with their guest. Please include your guest's GHIN number or Home Club at time of registration. 

10 Shot Differential:

This event maintains a 10 shot differential between partners. If teammates are more than 10 shots apart in their playing handicaps, the higher handicap player's playing handicap will be reduced to bring them to within 10 shots of their teammate's playing handicap. 

Format:

Round One: Scramble

Round Two: 2 Person Best Ball

Tees and Handicapping:

All players will play the red tees. This event will use 35% of the low and 15% of the higher handicap for Round One and 100% of handicaps for Round Two.

Payouts:

Cash awards for Calcutta and Shootout. Golf Shop credit will be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd in each flight as well as 1st overall Net and Gross winners.

Cancelation Policy:

Members in the field as of June 17th will be charged a non-refundable $200 tournament deposit. The remainder of the entry fee will be charged June 28th.
